The palace is the central point of operations of the loyalists. This is where the top people of the loyalist group gather to make important decisions, like new laws or new policies. The palace is one of the largest structures in the loyalist territory, and the security here is even more strict than in the bank area. In fact, there are securities patrolling here every hour of the day, so sneaking in without authorization is immensely difficult.
