Like area 29, this too is a training facility, except this training area is controlled by the rebels. People come here to practice their combat skills, as well as share ideas with each other as to what type of strategies works best. Sometimes, the rebel leaders will hold strategy meetings here, and as a result, this place is the most heavily guarded place in the rebellion territory.
